Charming eighteenth century self-catering cottage in the pretty village of Studley Roger adjacent to Studley Royal Deer Park and Fountains Abbey yet just one mile from Ripon.

Downing Cottage can sleep 5 people in a king-sized four-poster bed, two single beds and a single bed in a third bedroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.The cottage also has a wonderful attic playroom with two more single beds suitable for children or teenagers.

On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with dining table to seat six, a dining kitchen looking out onto the garden and a utility room/ cloakroom.

The cottage has a private walled garden and one well behaved pet is welcome.
