Joanna is a fully qualified & experienced Holistic Therapist and Yoga teacher operating from her private studio in Ripon. All treatments are suitable for men and women and are designed to assist the body in healing itself along with providing a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage. The Yoga classes combine traditional Hatha and Kundalini Yoga practices, asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), mantra and meditation to strengthen and tone the body whilst fully awakening the senses and connecting mind, body & raising spiritual awareness. Full attention is given to every client and student Yogi. Yoga classes are kept small to ensure individual attention throughout each session and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
