Skell Wrought Iron is a local, family run business, specialising in the manufacture of high quality wrought iron work. The company was started over 50 years ago by John Clarke and is run today by his son Chris. Chris prides himself on the quality of his work, and the fact that his work is all hand crafted, including his hot forged scroll work. Skell Wrought Iron makes gates, railings, rose arches, hand rails, curtain poles, weather vanes and many more items. We also make a range of smaller items suitable for posting all over the country, including bird feeders, welly boot holder, boot scrapers and more. In fact, if you have any ideas of your own and it can be made of steel, we can most probably make any item to your own specification.
