Grewelthorpe
Grewelthorpe is a village situated in the Lower Yorkshire dales and Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty. Currently famous for its village green, pond and of course Hackfall which is a magical wood of vistas, grottoes and rustic temples and is an internationally important landscape. In the past Grewelthorpe was equally famous for its cream cheese and straw hat manufacture.
